Based on our research findings, we conducted a Crazy 8s Workshop and came up with 30+ ideas that was synthesized into 3 concepts. 3 concepts were further refined and narrowed to one single concept: the Blue Guardian Navigation System.

These sessions also taught me how to communicate effectively with senior UX managers, incorporate their feedback, and build confidence in engaging with experienced professionals. Practicing active listening and asking critical questions became essential skills that helped our project move forward.
Team Collaboration & Communication
Working in a diverse team with different perspectives challenged me to communicate with respect and clarity. By navigating disagreements thoughtfully and building consensus, I discovered that strong, intentional communication was the key driver of our team’s success.
